They took good care of me when I had issues with a return, they care about their customers that’s why I like auto zone. Guy who helped me out was Tarin, nice young man!
The worst customer service ever! I went there today, Monday, March 2nd, at around 8 pm. There were four people there: two girls and two men. I went in and they just stared at me. I said hello, but no one answered. I started walking to ask for service, and one of the girls, a blonde with hair, looked at me and walked away. I felt awful because I know what it's like to provide customer service, but those young people who were there were the worst.
Not once but twice Tim has been over the top helpfully and informative will probably always shop here for car parts and supplies, helped with information on blower motor for ac and helped get the right wiper blades
Autozone is my go to store for my auto part needs. That being said, this store makes it difficult to return to for any kind of services. There are a few employees that work there that lack proper customer service etiquette. I will not be returning to this store for any services. I will be going out of my way to another store that has better customer service/interaction experience.
