Fantastic help.. WAY above expectations!! Not helped with the right parts, but unexpected breakdown required help with serpentine belt replacement, and then to boot, checked my batteries and found they were bad and was able to replace at no cost! Always awesome service! Thanks Jordan!

I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Jordan B. He went above and beyond to try and help me figure out what was wrong with my car and took extra time to look up the right parts I needed. Instead of just pointing me to the shelves, he really cared about making sure I had the right information. It’s not often you find that level of customer service these days, and I truly appreciate his effort and patience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service I received.
Jordan is truly awesome! We just came in to get my battery checked and he helped figure out it was dying. Luckily we had it under warranty so there was no issue there. Just wanted to shout him out because he was super kind and knowledgeable and quickly helped us replace it. All around a great guy who clearly has a passion for what he does and customer service!
Gil was great. Swapped out my battery and windshield wipers in about 10 minutes and was super friendly.
