I stopped by to pick up some steering wheel fluid and ac refrigerant and Gil helped with with that. While I was refilling the refrigerant I dropped off the cap, I could see it but couldn't reach it. I figured I just barrow the tool from them. They didn't have that tool to lend out and I didn't want to buy one because I had one at home.Gil went above and beyond and grabbed his own personal one from his truck and solved my problem with a smile on his face. This is how you earn your customers trust.
Amazing Customer service they are always nice and helpful. My car died right in front of the entrance and Gil patched up my battery terminal in 5 minutes
I was there to get my battery checked and there and a young lady named Mrs keli helped my wife and she gave my wife a 💯 in this heat and she would not except.the tip from my wife and that she said I'm here to help and told her thank you for coming to auto zone and if that isn't a wow .we need more people like her in this world she is a amazing person.
Checkout was fast, easy, and courteous. I didn't have to ask for help as I knew what oil I was looking for.
I felt lost, i didnt know where to look and was getting so frustrated until my hero Amari Ahmetovic came to the rescue. He asked “do you need any help sir” and all my worries went away He helped me find my sun visor and was so respectful. Best employee ever
