Visited this location to replace my car battery, and had an amazing customer service experience all thanks to Shea ! She helped me choosing the right battery for my car by answering all of my questions then she replaced the battery even though it was super cold outside. Thanks you Shea !!
Every time I come in here they have an attitude. Then, my battery died, and I needed to install on the spot. Instead of just letting me do it, they said they have to install it because of policy/can’t use their hand tools. Idk how many times I’ve used their tools while on site, never an issue. So he insisted on installing and smashed the battery tray. Gee thanks. On another occasion with a different vehicle, I came it to warranty replace a battery that was leaking acid everywhere. Went in to get a battery changed and the young man James S. Is very awesome and kind. He helped me and talked with me through the process of changing my battery and was very knowledgeable and skillful of what he was doing. 6/5!
