Gerald went above and beyond! Not only did he change my battery and clean off all the corrosion, but he also helped me with a broken bolt by getting a replacement and making sure it was secured properly. He even took the time to check my starter and alternator to make sure everything else was working right. Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Went into the store to purchase oil and an oil filter. Found the oil with no worries; however, I got not located the oil filter (S3675 XL - they had the normal, non XL version.) Per the website it showed the oil filter was in stock. The manager quickly assisted me in looking for the oil filter and then promptly went to check the back.
