Wish I could give a negative star evaluation! Literally everyone here is TERRIBLE! I went today and the guy only knew 2 words which one? Not this store! What is wrong with businesses these days not valuing customers and service to retain them?! We've come several times and every time has been so rude and just dont know anything. So glad there are so many other options so I dont have to keep this as my store. I will tell everyone i come across not to come here! Autozone shame on you!
The guys are helpful. The lady that helped me was extremely disturbing. Needed to call the manager, which she made virtually no effort and left me at the counter. Over a warranty coverage question.
Went a couple of Sundays back to get a battery tested. It was bad and was covered under warranty. Got a replacement and the employee asked me if I wanted them to switch it out for me. I told her sure. They had replaced the previous battery for us. A different employee (a younger guy) came to switch out the bad battery and install the replacement. Just wanted to shout out Nick for taking the time to help me replace my license plate bulbs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had me in and out in less than 15 minutes.
