And yet, here I am again giving you 1 star. Since someone else likes you, and they needed to rent a tool, they called. You didnt have one but, you sent us to another location "they have one" we put it in your name. I shouldn't have been surprised, they in fact didn't. When I shouldn't have taken the advice of your corporate manager, try us again, so I let them, try you again for me. Again. I should have gone to my go to Adavanced, my fault, should have known. Advanced for the win !!
Had a great experience with the AutoZone associate named Tyrus, who clearly takes pride in his work. He was easy to talk to, very informative, and took the time to walk through my electrical system. He also made me aware of the warranty that I already had, saving me hundreds of dollars which shows he's focused on the customer, not just the sale. I had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone. I went in to get help replacing the battery in my car key fob something I had been helped with before. This time, four employees tried to assist me and none of them knew how to do it. They were even watching a YouTube video to figure out how to replace the battery fob, which really leaves a lot to be desired from staff who are expected to be trained.
