Came to get a ‘core battery’ refund, and customer service said it was required to have a debit card (forgot mine) refused to give me a cash refund even with my receipt in hand. Never heard of that before. Morning staff is great, evening staff not so great unfortunately in terms of customer service.
I went in Sat afternoon with a HID headlight problem. the aftermarket lights were on my truck when purchased and I couldnt find a replacement. Alex tried to help and wasnt familiar enough with the light set up but consulted with his manager and the manager knew exactly what was needed. He tried his suggested solution and everything worked great. Extremely happy. I didnt get the managers name but the customer service could not have been better.
