I had a great experience with this AutoZone. I called one day to request a dipstick for my truck, and they were able to order it and have it delivered to the shop by the next morning. When they called me, Angela was especially helpful; she offered to walk the dipstick over to Firestone, where my truck was being aligned. She even offered to have it installed right there. Very disrespectful employee She Did not seem to care about my situation or ishew or tell the hole TRUTH as I found out later .This is not the only time I have been here and felt disrespectful manner from employees at this place People dont seem to be trained properly or even know anything about trucks,cars or what u might need.
