Good afternoon, this morning I came by to have a battery check. Paul and another gentleman helped with the accessing on a new car for us so we had no idea the last time the car had a new battery. I'm incredibly grateful to also for, believe his name is Brayden Hendry? I should have written his name down. I needed a new battery for my car, but since the car wouldn't start, I had someone help me jumpstart so I could head over to AutoZone to get a replacement. Connor helped me choose the right battery, and helped me remove the old battery and install the new one - right in the parking lot! It was a blessing to not have to take the battery home and do it myself. Conner was professional, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable, and they definitely earned my business for the way I was treated. Thank you, Connor!
