The Manager William Rivera was very unprofessional I was explaining to him about needing assistance and he was getting loud and obnoxious. The other employees were able to assist me thanks to them. I believe when you are a manager you should be professional, willing to assist customers and able to communicate effectively to customers in a kind manner.
