Girl answering the phone sounded so high like I could barely understand her words were slurring so much, I asked about a part being in stock she told me she would put me on hold to go check, has me waiting on hold for a while I hear the manager training her and she hangs up the phone. I call back and she hears it’s me and says “oh it’s not in stock” you don’t just hang up if you don’t have it in stock I was sitting on hold waiting and you hang up because your too high to function and respond on phone calls it’s insane
It has very bad, very bad customer service. I went to buy some spare parts and they gave me the wrong ones, because they did not bother to know what type of car the spare parts were, and I still showed them the registration and when I returned the spare parts because they were bad, the person who assisted me again got angry because I did not want to receive them again or exchange them.
