Went in on a Saturday due to my car not charging, two gentlemen came out and checked my alternator before giving me some ideas of what it may be. The next day I ordered a new alternator after checking the other culprits and went back to get it tested again. My car still wouldnt hold a charge and the same gentlemen plus who I would assume was the manager/owner came out to test my tolerances and wiring for power loss. The gentleman behind the counter saw me struggling to put my headlight in and came out and put it in for me. Wish I knew his name,but he did tell me he was a Subaru tech before moving here. What a saviour! His customer service and attitude are top notch!
I have always come to auto zone in Portland and they have always understood me and helped me of what I needed. At this location, Maxim & Robert helped me a lot on just finding me a bolt to replace on my Honda. Thank you both for your help!
