We were traveling from Montana back to California when our F-350, while pulling our RV, developed problems with the MAP sensor and an intercooler boost boot. I want to give a huge shoutout to John Kimsrow at the Redmond AutoZone. My Tesla’s low voltage battery died and after jumping it I drove to the Madras store, who didn’t have the part but pointed me to Redmond. When I got there, John really took care of me. I gave him the part number and he went back to grab the batteries, but came back and told me honestly that he didn’t feel right selling them since they were 2 years old. I needed a brake light bulb he grabbed one off the display and sold me the wrong bulb anyways I tried to go return it the next day they wouldn't let me return it because I didn't have a receipt I was never given a receipt it was only $10 and the guy had a shity attitude so you guys can enjoy your one-star review and you should treat everybody with respect because you never know who you're going to come across in life
Very friendly and prompt on gathering the parts I need. They also provide a tool to help me in fixing my truck in the parking lot.
Went in this morning for a part and Shannon was beyond helpful! Even though I had no idea what I was looking for, or how to make the repair, he was very patient and provided excellent service.
