We were traveling from Montana back to California when our F-350, while pulling our RV, developed problems with the MAP sensor and an intercooler boost boot. I want to give a huge shoutout to John Kimsrow at the Redmond AutoZone. My Tesla’s low voltage battery died and after jumping it I drove to the Madras store, who didn’t have the part but pointed me to Redmond. When I got there, John really took care of me. I gave him the part number and he went back to grab the batteries, but came back and told me honestly that he didn’t feel right selling them since they were 2 years old.
