Doug the manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Exchanged the jumpstarter for a battery, knew which battery I needed. Customer service is on point, for your car care needs see Doug he will take care of you.
The staff sometimes is not friendly. Could have a better attitude.
This is the only autozone that wasn’t able to help my issue. I went in there and requested a refund for a product that my friend bought me, it was defective along with it not being the right item. Some lady came in all hot saying she can do it for me and grabbed my item and then said she couldn’t. I didn’t have a chance to explain to her so was all attitude and hostile and trying to prove her point without me being able to have a word in.
