Yesterday I went to return some brakes and they refused to accept them, They told me to come back the next day . The service was terrible; they're not professional and don't know how to treat people.
Amazing customer service both inside finding what I needed, and then when I couldn’t figure out how to put my new windshield wipers on Adriana not only helped but taught me how to do it. 11/10

I went to AutoZone in Port Chester to get my check engine light scanned, and Doug was so helpful. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions. No pressure, no upselling, just genuinely kind and honest. I’ll definitely be going back to Doug and AutoZone for anything my car needs!!
