Oh my goodness! Girl power - I am amazed and very excited at the sight of women doing amazing work helping people. I was treated as a mom, which was really nice and the girl who helped me, actually came out and showed me everything that needed to be done. And since your hands were much smaller than mine - she quickly replaced both low beam bulbs and I was on my way. Just want to say thank you - thank you! I will be doing more and more business at this AutoZone.
Had a gas cap fail a few months after purchase as per a smoke leak test. Went to get it replaced under the 1 year warranty with proof of purchase (on my AZ acct) and was told I needed the original box for any warranty claim. WTF? Am I supposed to have a stash of original packaging for every car part I buy? Ridiculous.
The manager, Doug, helped me find the right headlight bulb for my car and even installed it for me! Super cool guy, definitely recommend going here.
