I had went to this Autozone to get oil for my car. Already walking in no one greeted me or gave eye contact. I asked an employee where to get the oil I needed and help with which oil to get. He told me he needed to know the specific car and year so he can look up what specific one I needed. After having me wait 5 minutes, I find him speaking to another employee on there phones leaving me thinking I was getting help.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the service I received at this AutoZone location on June 23, 2026. As a loyal, frequent customer, I rely on AutoZone for my automotive needs. Today, I visited the store because my 2023 vehicle’s check engine light came on. When I politely asked an associate for assistance in scanning the codes, he checked his watch, looked at me, and flatly refused to go outside to help, despite my request.
