Hello, I am a regular customer of this store. Yesterday, Brayan served me. I needed oil and a filter. When he told me I would get the filter and you would go to the back to get the oil, when we know that's not how they treat customers. As an adult, I went and got my oil myself. But that's not the right thing to do. He's the employee and he should be doing his job. 08/19/25, after 6:30 pm, another man with a terrible temper was with him. I imagine he was his coworker. It’s 103 degrees out, and I made a stop at AutoZone because my car had been acting up when starting. I could’ve sworn I’d replaced the battery at some point—but turns out, it’s still running on the original one. Props to the manufacturer for that kind of longevity! Shane was incredibly helpful. Despite sweating profusely in the heat, he didn’t complain once and gave top-notch customer service from start to finish. I truly applaud his professionalism and attitude—he absolutely deserves a raise!

Shane was very attentive and knew exactly what I needed for my car. He was kind enough to offer to put my windshield wiper on and make sure that they worked properly. I will be visiting this location again because of Shane’s customer service and attention to detail.
