Last week I purchased wipers which were installed without a fee. The male worker( sorry forgot his name) also put on a tire hub cap and refused to take any money. I was very grateful for his kindness.
Friendly, helpful and fast service. Simara helped me find a battery and had it changed within 30 minutes of walking in. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience today at Auto Zone. My battery died in a strip mall where there's an Auto Zone (store 3681). Akim came out and tested my battery. I needed a new one (my current one had been installed in 2020, so six years ago...) I purchased and he installed it free of charge, plus he put in some sort of strap down thing to hold it in place. SUPER nice and professional and I will definitely make this my auto parts store from now on.
Octavia was the bomb! She was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating!
