I bought a car battery online. I went in to pick up and while I was in the line, the manager told me "he is over there" without greeting me. I went to the next person and told him I needed to pick up my online purchase and an install. He processed my order and walked away. When I asked for an install I was told they can't do it because I didn't buy it there. When I told them I purchased it through them online, the manager told me it didn't matter. Had a great experience getting my battery replaced. The tech that assisted me was courtesy, helped me select the right battery and replaced my battery quickly. Outstanding service!
I worked 36 straight hours and finally got off only to find my car battery dead. After a jump at my workplace I drove directly to AutoZone where Simara B greeted me at the door, brought up my account, and had me driving away with a new battery installed and a big smile in less than 15 minutes. Every time I come I always find what I’m looking for. The staff is always very helpful here and I truly appreciate how I never leave feeling like I have unanswered questions. Highly recommend South Pasadena AutoZone!
