Got new wiper blades from Roy and he offered to put them on and I told him I could do it! He was great. After trying to install them I couldn’t. Went back inside and Roy was busy installing a battery so Tay A. helped me out. She came outside and showed me how to replace the hardware on the wiper arm and proceeded to change it on both arms and installed the new blades and I was all set. I can’t say enough about these good folks. When they didn’t have the parts in stock, they were able to have them next day. On top of that, Akeem offered to install them free of charge after explaining the simplicity of it. On top of that, following a recent dealer service inspection that included several recommendations, valued by the dealer at roughly $300, we opted to have Akeem price the items, after which he once again installed them for free in less that 15 min for a grand total on parts of $67. Simara was amazingly helpful in helping me with my car battery. I was very stressed coming into auto zone and she was great in being able to tell me which battery I needed but she went out of her way to change the battery for me. She was also so nice in the process! I genuinely appreciate her help with a stressful situation
