I stopped into the Great Bend, Kansas store and a young lady named Dixie Galliart helped me with a problem we were having with the key fob on one vehicle. She did such a good job that I came back and got another one for a different vehicle 15 minutes later. She took the extra time with me and helped me set it up. It was amazing. Very helpful when I needed my battery checked. Also compared prices with me and showed me the cost of each item I would need. I appreciated the time and effort the employee put into making sure I knew why each item was needed and why one was better than others.
