Last time this location had the parts but 1.5/5 service. Ive heard they got better and have raised one star. But Autozone.com and the stores ...... their flagrant lying about inventory has soured me completely on the company. Always call to ask about inventory, they don't care about the time, mileage, and gas you are wasting.
Chris provided 5-star service from start to finish! He was extremely helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He even changed my tail light bulb for me right there in the parking lot. You don’t come across customer service like that every day.
