Had a battery replaced at the Smithfield location and afterwards lights came on and I lost power steering wheel I left. Went back and so called manager Derrick was a complete jerk and no help. So drove my car to the Selma location with no power steering for them to check it out and see that nuts were loose that Derrick said we're on good. So thank you Fernando from the Selma location for helping me and fixing the problem.
It’s crazy to say but Jalen is some of the best customer service I’ve received at a service shop.
They didn't have what I needed, a clip for my dome light. But, the kid ndness and helpfulness of the Employees absolutely made up for it. Thank you for looking with me 🫠
