I had a very great experience at this auto zone location. A very friendly representative Named Jason helped me pick out a new battery for my car, and even though the battery was not in stock and I had to go to another location, he helped me jump my battery to get it to restart. He was very informative And helpful!
Janet and her team went above and beyond to correct an issue that started when I was sold the wrong part years ago at a different auto zone. She listened to my whole story and worked with me to correct the issue. I will be loyal to this store from now on. Highly recommended.
I've had a couple of issues with my Jeep and Toyota the last few months. On both occasions they were able to provide parts and, far more importantly, advice. Both of these problems were a bit obscure but Jason (I think that was his name) and Janet were both able to provide great service. They've bought our love with their help.
Had a jack fail while changing to my winter tires, and stopped into AutoZone to see if I could rent one. Phenicia informed me that they didn't rent, but I could purchase one. I didn't have the time that day, so I ripped down to the tire shop to get it done. She didn't pressure me into purchasing anything that day. When I stopped in the next week, Steven helped me out with what I needed and didn't sell me anything I didn't. I appreciate that approach to business, and will return for any other needs I have.
