Kris at AutoZone went above and beyond to help me today. I came in needing a new battery and wasn’t sure whether AutoZone installed them. Kris stopped what he was working on to assist me and explained that installation depends on the vehicle. He walked out to my car with me, even holding the door for me, checked the battery, and confirmed that I needed a replacement.
