We recently popped into the store as our AC went out (in one of the hottest days of the year at 103 degrees and with a 2 hour drive home) and one of the employees, Kris, assisted my husband with how to recharge the AC with coolant. Wonderful customer service!!!
My truck battery died for 2nd time in the past week and I needed to replace it before turning the truck off again. I called this store, got a price quote, and confirmed they would install it depending on the vehicle. When I arrived, the manager came out to check my truck and verified he could install a new battery. He removed the old one, cleaned the terminals and bracket before replacing it with a new one in less than 15 minutes. Great price for battery, especially with veteran/military discount. This store amazes me everytime I walk in. got helped by Jalen - store manager ( best store manager). He helped me put my wiper blades on and he did it so quick and easy. Way to go Jalen, you are doing such a great job and keep being you, thank you!!! Autozone me and my wife love you guys.
Jalen is a hard worker, completely goes above and beyond to help anyone and make sure they are happy before they leave the store.
