Just awful. Dropped off a battery to be recharged and it wasn't ready when promised... twice. On the third time when I went to pick it up, the manager got angry when I asked him to bring out the tester to the counter to show me it was fully charged. Other employees have offered to do this without me ever asking. He refused, and then started yelling that he had "literally just checked it," and it was fine. His attitude was completely uncalled for, and I actually had to ask if he was the actual manager! Never going back!
