They helped me out in a pinch big time!!!!
I explained to Tony the associate that i was returning a battery for core. But that it was too heavy for me, I had already hurt my shoulder. He proceeded to inform me and what am I going to do im 70 or 60 or whatever his age is. Needless to say I wasn't sure how to respond. He then gathered his dolly and Im assuming a tool to lift the battery and retrieved the battery from my car. Handed me the receipt and said nothing.
