This place is absolutely amazing!Patricia and one of their moblie mechanics Markeith were absolutely amazing and helpful! When my wheel studs broke on my car, within a few hours they helped me get the parts I needed have it fixed and on the road.
Patrica was so extremely helpful!!! Absolutely saved me a mental breakdown, as I’m a young girl in the middle of a roadtrip, I had to stop to fix an oil issue with my car. Each employee that I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to Patrica, I am now back on the road, and WAY more knowledgeable about my car. Thank you so so much!!!
Went to the auto zone this morning on the south end of town Patricia the manager helped me diagnose my bad battery and put a new one in for me in the rain! She was so kind and helpful it wasn’t the easiest task to get one battery out and the other in I’m so thankful for her and everything she did to help me today the sweet thing was soaked going back to work and didn’t mind at all now that’s GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This Autozone store is really well run. Patricia was nothing but helpful patient and kind and accommodating to my needs or any questions I had about fixing my car. I highly recommend this store and especially Patricia. She goes above and beyond to help her customers and it does not go unnoticed!
This store is always our pick for parts due to their employees. Knowledgeable and helpful! But the employees working 05/16 were exceptional! From the moment Patricia answered the phone until we walked out of the store, she delivered experience, knowledge and great customer interaction. She is definitely an asset to the business! The gentleman working that shift was also humorous and helped carry our parts out. Keep it up Autozone !
