I was unable to start/jump my car and was fully expecting to get a tow truck to bring my car to the store to test/change my battery. I came in with a failing battery and asked Justin if he could test it for me. Came up bad, as expected. We went back inside, pulled a new battery and a post kit. While I was paying, another employee took out my old battery and installed the new one while I waited. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Thanks guys!
I rated one star simply because it doesn't allow you the option to do a zero! This location is by far the most unethical, unprofessional, rudest, etc store I have encountered in awhile! I will not do business with them at this location or any other location in the future! I called back to get the manager's name and was hung up on. Get in the zone?! HA! I prefer out of the zone!
