I was experiencing some issues with my car starting without a jump so figured I needed a battery, came in to Franklin Autozone and was greeted by John and Nick. Very fast and easy,install in and out in roughly 10mins can’t say enough good things about this location, friendly & knowledgeable Staff and always has what I need!!!! Thank you Franklin Autozone for getting me back on the road!!!!
Amazing service!! Nick M swap out a battery for me when another store sold me the battery then said they couldn’t do the install. I was sold a battery thinking that they would change it out for my old one. They looked under the hood and said “sorry you gotta do that yourself.” Called up the Franklyn store, spoke to Nick and even knowing the battery was from different Autozone he said bring it in. He was professional, insightful, got the job done quickly and overall brought a solution to a frustrating situation. Thanks Nick
