I was told that they do not rent tools. I have to buy it. Yet as I'm walking out irritated, there's a huge sticker right on the outside window that says Loan-a-tool! So I took a picture of it and pointed it out to them through the window lol. My wife then went back in and another guy rented her the tool. 🤦♂️Girl that waited on me obviously did not want to be there anyways.
Friendly and helpful
I used to use auto zone but now I will not. The new manager is lazy and not installing things that they have always done before. Went to orielly the did it.
