I used to use auto zone but now I will not. The new manager is lazy and not installing things that they have always done before. Went to orielly the did it.

My daughter had a battery replaced that I had bought for her Nissan. Unfortunately, Nissan has brackets on their batteries making it difficult to do a simple battery change. Zach had not even clocked in yet but spent the time needed and the expertise to get the job done. He did it with such care and was very very professional. I had learned from him how skilled he really is and Aurozone is very blessed to have him. Thank you Zac from the Belmont Avenue location for your hardwork and excellent service.
