Worst branch, worst manager. Didn’t want to exchange defective part out of spite. Complete child-man with a bad attitude.
This was at store 4082 in Santa Rosa. Came in with an "emergency" that a light bulb was out in my brakes and my son couldn't take a DMV test like this (we got kicked out of line! Told us if we were back in 15 mins we could still test). Every employee in the store was rooting for us, Jeremiah installed for us and I offered him $50, lunch from DoorDash, and he said nope, just did it for my son.
