The guy would NOT help install my battery because of the weather (drizzling weather) but not more than 5 min later he was outside helping a man install his wipers! Thanks for letting me wake up my husband from a dead sleep just to take 5 min to install a battery. Do worry lesson learned.... I know how to do it myself now. The main reason I went there was because I thought I would get help. Very disappointed.

So sick of the shitty service! A while back I went in to buy a headlight bulb. I called before I went in and asked if they were gonna be able to help me do it. I had never replaced a bulb before. They told me "yes". When I went in they said they couldn't. The only reason I went to them was because they said they could help me.
