Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this AutoZone location. I purchased a battery for my 2018 Toyota Camry SE approximately two months ago, and the battery has already died. I came in for one simple reason: I wanted AutoZone to test the battery and confirm that it was defective before proceeding with a warranty replacement. I had a great experience at AutoZone, and I especially want to recognize the manager, Ramiz. He was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely took the time to make sure I got the assistance I needed. His customer service and attitude really stood out.
