I would give this place a negative but cant. Customers in the store with 4 associates who never acknowledged we were there....place is awful....go anywhere else for service
Ray and Shelly were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be coming back next time when I need anything for my car!!
I WENT TO PICK UP A PASSENGER-SIDE CALIPER, BUT WHEN I GOT HOME TO INSTALL IT, I REALIZED IT WAS ACTUALLY FOR THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE, NOT WHAT I NEEDED. THIS CAUSED A DELAY AND EXTRA HASSLE. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR PARTS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. LESSON LEARNED ON MY END AS WELL, BUT ACCURACY AT PICKUP WOULD REALLY HELP CUSTOMERS AVOID SITUATIONS LIKE THIS. 4/1/26 I JUST SENT THE EMAIL.
