Autozone has consistently proved that they are knowledgeable and customer oriented. I have ordered special filters from them the whole time I have lived here and was recently reminded why. This last time, my order shipped in a bigger box and appeared to be lost for a while, and my faith was shaken for a split second. After some diligent work and many apologies, the clerk (I want to say Mike?) found my order, on a Sunday, and offered to personally drive it to my house because I had waited so long.
