I usually don’t do this at all, but the absurdity that is customer service these days… So I ordered some oil on clearance, right? I believe I placed the order on the 7th, spent the money and everything. Then, fast forward to today: 7:45 a.m. sharp, AutoZone calls me to deliver the first disappointment of my day, bright and early. Rafael helped me a lot. He toke his time helping me with my remote. I appreciate his great customer service every time I come in.
The manager of this AutoZone is completely understanding and beyond helpful everybody inside in the store including Josh made my terrible experience with my air-conditioning half bearable considering I had to get a completely different vehicle and went through two weeks without air-conditioning. AutoZone is the only people who helped the most.
