As a customer who has been shopping at this store for over 10 years, I've never had a bad experience here until today. When I first walked in, I was helped by a female employee who was very friendly and professional. I asked for a set of standard brake pads, and she placed them on the counter for me. I ordered a part for delivery by 9pm and called around 830 about it they said they didn't have any parts in stock so I had to cancel I drove to the one on bear valley they had it I told them what happened they checked and said they lied they had 3 in stock and probably were too lazy to deliver it. I will be going to the bear valley one now instead even if it is further for me.
