The WORST customer service.. I called and after explaining to the guy what I needed I was put on hold while he was helping another customer. I could over hear him and another employee talking then one of them picked the phone up and hung up. I called back explaining what I was looking for again and that I was just hung up on. Then was given an ignorant attitude and asked “Well what do you need” I will never even bother wasting my time or money at this place again. I guess “What I need” is to go to Napa. Thanks!
Went in because both my headlights went out. Before purchasing the bulbs I asked if someone could install the bulbs for me, which I was told yes. After buying the bulbs and the bag was handed to me, I asked again about having them installed and this time I was told it was store policy that they cannot go out to do that since it was dark. So now I have to drive home with my high beams on since my low beams are out. I will not be going back!
You can't argue with free svc. My battery died and they installed a new battery, plus military discount. Thank you Clint for all of your help

I stopped in tonight to replace a fuse on my car. (Wasn't sure which one but was going through my manual to figure it out). William greeted me when j walked through the door with a simple question, and without hesitation jumped in to help me figure it out. There were no diagrams on my fuse box covers, but he still remained patient and helped until it was figured out. He went above and beyond to help me out tonight, without even being asked. I will only do business with him going forward. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
