I had taken my car to this location to get my battery and alternator tested. I was told that I needed a new alternator by the employee. I ordered an alternator, took it to my mechanic and he told me my original alternator was in great shape and my battery needed to be replaced. This cost me $250 in labor to take out an alternator and put it right back on. I sent the alternator back. I bought my battery somewhere else because of Auto Zone's employee's incompetence that cost me an extra $250 for nothing.
RecommendedI was in this location on Friday 3-29-19 and received the best customer service from Ray! He helped me get the part I needed and I was in and out in no time. I just wanted to let this company know you have a great employee working for you!
