Robert helped us out bought a battery out of state and there was an issue with the warranty not being added, he was able to help us out!! I recommend this location great customer service!!
I've shopped AutoZone in several states. This was my worst experience ever. I was in Goodyear, AZ for my wife's cancer treatment. We live in New Mexico. The battery died in my car in the hotel parking lot. I got a rental car and went to the AutoZone for a new battery. The dead battery was 18 months into a 36 month warranty. No problem, just bring the old one in and we'll refund what you paid for the new one. So I brought the old one in. Surprise! You need to wait 2 hours while we attempt to charge it to prove it's dead.
