Dan provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me—not just fixing the immediate issue, but teaching me along the way. His pride in his work and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. I left feeling like I was taken care of by family. Five stars—Dan is an asset to AutoZone!
5 stars all the way for Dan. He’s wonderful answered all my questions from the start and turned a stressful situation for me into something positive. He replaced my battery for me and I was in the store and out in about 5 minutes wonderful customer service. Definitely recommend Dan and this location they are so helpful!
