The parts counterman has a very nasty karma he has made me feel disrespected twice, his Tag Name Starts with a J I couldn't get his full Name He always speaks to me in Spanish even though I always start the conversation in English, and never ask him to speak to me in Spanish, to other customers he always speaks to them in English, he never has a smile for you, he doesn't even thank you at the end, it's probably the last time I'm going to that AutoZone to buy parts, I'm thinking very seriously to switch to O'Reilly's from now... read more
Came in for a battery issue and the service was quick and easy! Highly recommend for simple service- I had no wait and there was no fuss with making sure my car was back to road-ready. Brook was very helpful and knowledgeable.
