I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences at AutoZone involving a customer service representative named Stephanie. I arrived at the store around 9:42 PM needing assistance with purchasing and exchanging a battery. I needed a headlamp replaced on one side of my Hyundai Tucson. I asked if someone could change the lamp. The store manager, Jose and Viviana the assistant came out to assist me. Jose showed Viviana how to change my headlamp and they finished rather quickly! What a relief! Thank You for the great customer service.

I went in to purchase a signal light and I asked José the store manager if by any chance one the workers was able to help me change. He said yes, we do as courtesy to the customers, but he was the only one working at the moment and if I could wait he would come see if he could do it. José was kind enough to change the light for me and for that I will ever be grateful. Best service I have ever received. 🙏
