Came in the store late at night freaked out with a misbehaving Ford Escape and a daunting engine light. Did everything I could to try to remediate the situation on my own. Decided, instead of just buying a pint of oil and topping off my car, I'd ask the front desk of they'd be willing to use their Fix Finder to paddock figure out the issue. Gabe provided excellent customer service when helping me replace one of my headlight bulbs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly after I couldn’t get the old bulb out myself. As part of my efforts to disconnect the bulb, I sprayed a bit of grease to loosen the connector but I was unsuccessful. When disconnecting the bulb, I was going to ask Gabe if I could wipe off the grease on the connector before installing the new bulb. Hopefully all Customers have the opportunity to receive great service from Gabe Sanders. I did yesterday a d his friendly demeanor and helpful attitude was impressive. His Manager, Mark, is aware of how impressive Gabe is, as I complimented Gabe to Mark, and it's a great relief to be able to count on a local parts store with friendly and helpful Staff.
