Well just received the worst service I've ever had at an auto parts store. Not only did they not want to help me with my problem, which was a warranty issue, they were snippy with me. When they couldn't find the transaction in there system, even though the part number shows it was an autozone battery, they refused to help me. They manager just stared at me and said bye. So keep your receipts and make sure you don't lose them, or you end up like me, with a broken $200 part they won't honor. Good thing you're next door to Napa... read more
