A friend of mine was experiencing a charging system issue after installing a brand-new alternator. The alternator wasn't producing the proper charging voltage, and after diagnosing the problem, I was confident the alternator itself was defective. Talk about a customer for life! What a great experience having Eric and Marcus help me with a headlight bulb replacement. These guys not only changed out the bulbs for me in about 5 minutes, but they were the nicest guys! I will always come back to this Camarillo for all my automotive needs. Thanks so much guys!
Markus and Eric were wonderful! Eric picked up the phone right away when I called, Markus changed the battery in my partners car so quickly and gave us advice on keeping it active! Such kind men and very happy to help out a customer! Would definitely come back!
