10/10 experience went in to inquire about a battery and efrain was able to guide me through the process and options smoothly
Customer services skills need to be improved were not helpful AT ALL ended up going to oreillys for assistance. UPDATE REVIEW 2/3/26 I had excellent service thank you to Eduardo for assistance! very helpful even with busy line! Helped me purchase my car battery.
The girl that was running the store this morning knew her stuff! She was alone answering consistently ringing phones & helping the people in line. Showed excellent customer service!
I was there to make a return and the transaction was no problem at all. It was just the unhappiness of the employee that bothered me. It was a young woman with straight hair. They had no name tag. Even the customer before me told her "Thank you. You should smile. It doesn't hurt." She right away said, "next customer." She wasn't mean, she just barely acknowledged me. She just seemed very unhappy to be there. It made me sad. I hope she was just having one of those days and is doing better.
