Came in today to get some new wipers for my vehicle and Areli saw me outside attempting to replace the blades and she offered to help me I did not have to ask and I felt bad since she said she was on her way to deliver some parts but she stated that its part of her job to help. I really appreciate her dedication and for helping me I did not know what I was doing and she helped me get the wipers on.
Walked in and needed to check my battery dealership told me I needed to buy a new one even though my battery was a couple months old came in and Marco helped me test my battery which showed it was still good and charged. I asked him for his opinion and he recommended me to change the terminal on my battery as it was loose. Saved me a lot of money as the terminal was only a couple bucks. Thank you so much for helping me out. Saved me a lot of money!
Dorian at the store on Oxnard Blvd was extremely helpful today with a very stressful situation. My vehicle was overheating and I wasn’t sure what was the problem. He walked outside with me to check my vehicle and noticed a simple solution I needed coolant. He helped me get the correct coolant for my car and even offered to help me pour it in. He was extremely patient throughout the whole process and I couldn’t be more grateful since I needed to make it to work. I will definitely be back here for any of my parts needs.
Needed a new battery. Great price plus it was installed on site. Great service.
