Natalie deserves serious recognition! Even though my battery replacement order was never placed, she stayed upbeat, listened carefully, and offered solutions. My experience was wonderful thanks to employee Efrain who was very welcoming, professional, patient, and clearly knowledgeable at his job. I went in needing a new battery, and he went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He explained all the options, installed the battery, and made sure I was good to go. Excellent customer service, customers need more employees like him!
