Very bad experience. The employees were just chatting, laughing, and having fun instead of helping customers. I waited for about 10 minutes, but they kept talking and ignored me. I will never come back to this branch. Advance Auto Parts is right next door, and their prices are better compared to AutoZone
I’ve been coming to this AutoZone location for a while now, and I can honestly say both Kevin’s are the reason I keep coming back. Every time I walk in, he either personally makes sure I’m taken care of or clearly instructs his team on how to assist me if he’s tied up. That leadership and consistency means a lot, especially when dealing with car troubles or needing advice on what to buy.
