having battery issues battery under warranty it won’t charge enough for the cranking power manager on the phone diagnosing my battery over the phone not to replace it their box wouldn’t charge the battery employee had to jump my car the manager has a wonderful conversation but does not listen I will never by a battery from them again, or at least not this branch what’s the use of a warranty?
I had a great experience with the employees and there service at my local AutoZone.Reese helped me install my new battery along with future advice about what to expect....I left feeling confident and satisfied with Reese and his teams services...I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of good Auto Care!
This was a good visit, fast 💨 and friendly service. They had parts in stock for the old school Mopar riders. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾
I just came in to get the diagnostic tests which I’ve never had a issue at any auto zone in any state running a quick test. All the younger men working there say to just go to big o tires down the road and they will do it for free. The test is 95 dollars and not free. Very disappointed today that they couldn’t just run it really quick unless denver auto zone doesn’t have the test equipment or do that.
