I had such a great experience at this AutoZone. I don’t know much about cars, and Dynasty, Noel, Luis, and Justice were all so helpful and patient with me. They made everything really easy and made sure I got exactly what I needed. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the employees here. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Really great customer service and such a positive experience overall.
I felt discriminated against. I moved to Williamsburg a couple months ago. I love this neighborhood but my experience at this autozone was terrible. I bought a battery through the commercial department in the Bronx 2 years ago. I was told to keep my receipt just incase I needed to get the battery replaced get into the account etc…..so yesterday my car decided it didn’t want to turn on. This place sent me used damaged parts in a new boxes! Staff don’t care, be careful what you buying from them as looks like many people return them old parts in new boxes and they do not care, when complained they simply told me - “you can order form different store! We made mistake, just it’s your problem to fix it”
