Excellent customer service at the Upper Marlboro store. I placed an online order here where this location showed stock and the store manager called to say they could not fill it. She asked if I could do an online drop ship to my house, but the online inventory was out as well, so she offered to fill the order with an alternative equivalent, so I accepted. The staff- at the location right off of 301 - was very helpful . This made the purchase very easy. I will probably visit there again.
Came in yesterday to get the battery checked and changed. Got my battery from Auto Zone in 2024 through the auto body shop. When I came in one of the guys said he couldn’t help because it was under a commercial account, although i have the receipt. I called the original auto zone store I received the battery from and had to drive 40 minutes. They also didn’t understand why this guy couldn’t help since i have the receipt and info for the battery. Very inconvenient.
Service was good the 2 young men were pleasant and helpful.
