Sent her from one of their other stores in town because their inventory showed the part I needed. Drove across town and they don't have it. The manager here seemed pretty clueless.
Gabriel was extremely rude to my dad and completely unhelpful during an item return. Despite giving him the wrong oil filter, the staff logged it in the system but refused to refund the money. They told him they couldn’t do anything even after he returned home to retrieve his card. This was highly disappointing; employees need to improve their professionalism.
Lyle saved my car! His knowledge of Colorado's gas/ethanol mixtures was the savior for my car's drivetrain. He really knows his stuff!
I want to share my experience with Lawson , he was very helpful & friendly he took care of me very well , he diagnosed my car very quickly, gave me his expert advice , He took a picture of the back of my car to make sure it’s working properly after I changed the back light bulbs of the car , thanks again for such amazing customer service!
