Ok guys generally most Auto Zone stores are great and the staff are very helpful but this one here is not that. The staff is not friendly at all and I took the time to go on the website and go to this store and look up to see if they had the part I needed and it showed they had it so I drove 30 minutes to this store for the guy to tell me that they should have two of them but they have 0. So basically it comes down to the manager there has no idea what he’s doing or how to stock and keep track of his inventory
Friday - came in worried about a car I just bought. Eli was insanely helpful, helped me check the oil, gave me advice, I spent about 20-30 mins with him asking him questions and picking his brain. He didn’t get frustrated or bothered at all. Gave me great advice and was such a big help. I cannot stress enough how great he was. If I need any further parts or help I am definitely coming back to this store and hoping to catch him again.
