Ordered a gasket got told it was in got there wasn’t in told me they had one more drop off to call back at 7 so I called picked up told me to hold well I drove from house on hold all the way to the store 3 gentleman just standing in there not busy and I’ve been on hold for 15mins got there and said it didn’t come in and to check back in the am after I was told it was in and then it never came thanks I’ll never step back into autozone again went to oriellys got the gasket and it was half the price

Don’t buy a battery from Autozone, they will not stand behind it. I bought a 5 year battery and because the lady that use to work there didn’t put my information in correctly, they won’t exchange it. The battery is not even 2 years old yet.
Had car issues & the person who works here went above & beyond to help me! Honestly, not sure what I would have done had he not helped!
