I had a disappointing experience with the store manager. Unfortunately, the manager was not polite or professional when dealing with customers, and the customer service could be much better. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience.
Always has been and always will be my favorite shop! I went in there with so many questions and issues and they helped me with each and every single one and even went above and beyond what i expected.
I came wheeling in a little while ago & all I know is my car was making a loud screeching sound and Mike M. was beyond helpful immediately!!! Thank you! I will return to this location just based off his customer service alone.
Mike and his team were very helpful helping us with our fuel trouble on our vehicle. I recommend this place!
