the man behind the counter that helped me Dwayne Fraser terrible I am a female I was uncertain as to whether the light on my dash was a transmission light or an engine light I have never had a good experience at any AutoZone that I've stopped at and I certainly didn't have one at this one Mr Fraser said he didn't know what it could be he didn't know whether I should check the transmission fluid or not I needed to take it down the street to someone who's supposed to know something about it he never walked out from behind the ... read more
Business response:
Providing the best customer experience is what AutoZone is all about, Leah. Our team should always be knowledgeable about our auto parts, so we're disappointed we let you down. We are always improving and hope you give us another chance to help you out.
Re: Autozone in Oklahoma City, on SW 89th Street, east of Penn. This is not the place to go to get your "check engine light" analyzed. On June 04, at 11:15 AM, I entered the store. Nobody at counter. After about 5 minutes a guy came to the front and asked if I needed help. I said that I wanted to see about getting engine light issue checked. He gave me an unapproving look but never said a word. Not a word! Then started helping people that came in the door behind me. I drove off empty-handed. I had intended to purchase two it... read more

Jimmy was extremely helpful and kind with a battery issue I was having. He definitely earned 5 stars!
I wouldn't even give it a one star but I had to to do a review. Manager gets flustered if there's more than a handful of customers in the place. Employees are slow and unhelpful to say the least. Sold us the wrong thing after sitting in line for 35 minutes, then I went to exchange them and instead of being helpful they wanted to leave me standing around again. Will be taking my business to the autozone down the street.
AutoZone Auto Parts has a 4.2 star rating with 557 reviews.
