RecommendedWent in to just ask for my battery to be checked. Sure enough I needed a new battery - they were so helpful with all the options and warranties. Then offered to install it for free. It was a challenge on my Ford Escape - battery is in a difficult place to remove. Krish the General Manager went above and beyond to help me and got it done !!! I was so grateful. Best store I have ever been to. Will definitely be back and highly recommend !

Went there today to get a cabin air filter for my SUV, I didn’t know how to put it in since it didn’t seem to be in a very accessible location. Venessa was quick to go out to the car with me and see if she could put it in. She found the location of the filter but had trouble getting the casing to open. I told her not to worry about it, that I’d have the dealer do it next time, she was like, no I’ll just have my manager look at it. My battery died tonight. Got it to Autozone immediately (was close by). Austin installed a new one ASAP in the parking lot for us. Such nice guys there tonight. Thanks all! Our family got home nice and safe tonight :)
