Sebastian was incredibly professional in helping us with our battery issues for our 2017 Honda civic. It was right before closing time but Sebastian took his time making sure we were taken care of and that our car was all set. It’s hard to find people who truly care about customers these days…Autozone is lucky to have Sebastian as part of your team.

Nice group of guys working during my shopping spree. They offered me assistance which I gladly accepted in order to avoid walking around like a lost dog in the streets. Found what I needed or wanted.
I went into AutoZone today and was assisted by Otley, and the service was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Otley explained everything in a clear, simple way and never made me feel rushed. It’s rare to get customer service this good—he turned what could’ve been a hassle into a great experience.
