Always a great trip. They don't have every part every time but they find them.
Returned/Replaced a Duralast Gold battery that was under warranty. Sebastian was a superb service representative and technician. He quickly confirmed my battery was still under warranty and promptly replaced it. While Sebastian was exchanging the new battery for the old one, I observed James providing the same high level of customer service for another couple. Bought a battery and the employee James did a perfect job installing it, cleaned everything off and made sure of good connections, zero issues.
James was amazing!! We ran a diagnosis test and found a couple issues.. he hooked us up with mechanic recommendations around town and was very helpful!
