Dan was more than helpful and informative when helping me replace my battery. I was sold an incorrect battery at another store but Dan made it a breeze to get it swapped out and put in my car in less than 30 minutes!! Phone service was phenomenal as well, I called completely unsure of what I was talking about. He set my worries aside and told me to just bring it in & it would be figured out.

Stopped in around 5pm on 3/13/25, in the middle of a rain storm when I had realized my wind shield wipers were shot. I did not get his name but a younger gentleman team member went above and beyond. He helped me determine which wipers I needed, measured the right size and even replaced them for me! He was great and deserves a shoutout! Great service all around!

Normally these guys get a 5, however when I see disrespect to other employees it kinda needs to be called out esp when they were actually helping a customer. Employee in red shirt was helping a customer, employee in grey shirt who ignored customer told red shirt to do something else as it was not their job and to go on a delivery. Frankly grey shirt should have been doing it in the first place. Job requirements or not, the red shirt was the only one actively helping the customer.
