I go to AutoZone a couple of times almost every month. Service is always fast and friendly and the staff is always very attentive.
I’m not one to leave negative reviews about customer service because I know we all have bad days but I’m highly disgusted by the service I received today from Steven. I went in with my 1 year old needing a new battery. My car would not even start to make it home from auto zone. After cashing out I asked him if he would be able to install the battery for me. Everyone there is friendly and very helpfull. They'll help you work on your vehicle in the freezing cold without a single complaint!
I wish I got his name, but I wanted to give a special thank you to the gentlemen who helped me with my windshield wipers today. He went to find the correct ones for my Subaru, assembled them and went out in the rainy weather to put them on for me. Truly above and beyond service and he was a pleasure to chat with! We need more people like him in the world! So he can hopefully get the credit he deserves this was on March 5th about 5pm!
