bought a product that didnt come with assembly instructions. neither auto or the brand had instructions in their databases. as a result i pieced it together wrong and eventually had to have a mechanic assemble it. that ended up costing me 225 for one hours labor (no parts). i called auto zone costumer service and the lady said that the district manager would call and surprise surprise he did not. a 5 cent piece of paper with instructions was all i needed. bc of this auto zone lost me as a costumer and all my money too.

The guys at AutoZone Midlothian really do a great job. I took my moms car there to get it checked for a engine light. Mike did the diagnostic test and gave me the results. This was enabled me to know what I needed to do to get it fixed. It's well-kept secret at AutoZone, if you need to find out what's causing the engine light to come on, go to your closest AutoZone and get a free diagnostic test.
