bought a product that didnt come with assembly instructions. neither auto or the brand had instructions in their databases. as a result i pieced it together wrong and eventually had to have a mechanic assemble it. that ended up costing me 225 for one hours labor (no parts). i called auto zone costumer service and the lady said that the district manager would call and surprise surprise he did not. a 5 cent piece of paper with instructions was all i needed. bc of this auto zone lost me as a costumer and all my money too.

The staff not only helped me find the proper headlight for my car's make and model, they also taught me how to install it. They went above and beyond to help. What great service!
