10 out of 10! I had an excellent experience at AutoZone Midlothian branch, thanks to Brandon and the team. I ran into an issue while returning an item because of a system problem that was preventing the refund from being processed. I called the AutoZone at 5801 Midlothian Tpke (DON'T GO THERE) earlier in the day & asked if they would install a car battery if I bought it there. They said they would have to see it first - it's just a Honda CRV, so I thought it wouldn't be a problem. When I went inside, they wanted to see the car before even talking about batteries. The 1st person looked at it and went inside. Then a different guy came out, looked at it and said "we don't do that" and walked away. Really crappy customer service skills all around. The person (female) I encountered today at auto zone on midlothian DEFINITELY has a attitude, NOT HELPFUL, NOT friendly, muttered something under her breath because she was asked to get a battery from the back of my vehicle and swung the door angrily open as we walked back in the store,. And then she said they didn't have one there ( shocker) with the 3 yr warranty. I know where I not welcomed, so I WILL NOT go back there! Was treated WAY better at Oriellys.
