Twice i went there to change a battery, both times at 8:30 PM, sow way before closing. First time, the light rain was a problem eventhough as I pulled up, I saw the technician swapping someone's battery but OK fine, was told to come the next day same time. OK, I went home, purchased the platinum battery online at this particular store, all ready for today but giess what, today, it was too late....had a 20 tip ready for the guy, my car has a battery by the engine bay, you have to take out one plastic cover, just snap it out, ... read more
